We warmly welcome you to our panoramic restaurant with a view of the fabulous mountains of the Brandnertal valley.

Our chef Boban Jović will spoil you with mainly regional and seasonal specialities such as self-gathered wild garlic or Schwämmle from our forests - because we believe that much of what makes you happy can be found right on our doorstep. Look forward to traditional dishes with creative-international sophistication of the highest quality!

Start your day at sunrise with crusty bread, homemade jam and Vorarlberg cheese specialities from our breakfast buffet. In between, you can enjoy the view with a snack on the panorama terrace. With the four-course evening menu and varied theme evenings, you can take it easy with a nice glass of wine and good conversation.

Over 100 different wines make wine connoisseurs sit up and take notice. Exquisite drops from Austrian wine-growing regions, complemented with wines from Italy, Spain, France and overseas - all this adds up to your very own personal wine enjoyment at the 4-star Hotel Sarotla. Our wine list does not follow the mainstream, but includes well-known names as well as new stars in the wine sky that simply deserve to be discovered by you.

Every Sunday at 6.30 pm we invite our hotel guests to a shared house aperitif. This is followed by the culinary highlight of the week with the 5-course gala menu.

In addition to our hotel guests, our panorama restaurant is also happy to welcome à la carte guests and can also be booked as a location for your very special occasion.

Let it crackle at the kostBAR - our hotel bar! The best conversations take place in the loungy atmosphere. You can review the beautiful day with a refreshing drink or a fine brandy on the terrace with a view of the starry sky.
